1 this is a link that I found you have to have adobe reader to download it http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instructions-owner-manual/HITACHI/HB-B101-_E copy and paste or try this one http://www.recipelink.com/mf/11/9658 scroll down just a tad on the right side and you will see click here is parathensis.
