Question About Hitachi Bread Maker HB-B101
My HB-B101 bread maker does not have a gluten free...

My HB-B101 bread maker does not have a gluten free cycle. Should I just follow instructions as per regular bread? Thanks.

3 Using Gluten-free recipes in your HB-B101 breadmaker: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the slurry into the removable baking pan. Press MENU to select the BREAD setting. Press START.
