I have a Hitachi refrigerator R-Z660AUK6KX bought ...

I have a Hitachi refrigerator R-Z660AUK6KX bought in Dubai sometime in 2009/10, used there for an year , then brought to India when I returned for good.It was kept unused for about 2 years and started using now for more than 1 year. It is working alright but the freezer compartment has lot of ice formation since few months .Can I know why could be the problem and how it can be rectified?
