My Hitachi Refrigerator R-C6200 (made in Japan in ...

My Hitachi Refrigerator R-C6200 (made in Japan in 2013) does not make ice as usual. Ice box contains water only, not ice cubes as usual. The freezer box is not cold enough so the food in freezer is melting into water. Could anyone send me the manual in English? My email: rosy78us@yahoo.com. Many thanks. Rosy
