We ve been using this R-M700GMs for almost a year happily except that many times ice was found developed at the ground level of the freezer compartment and causing incessant blockage .Several times called were made and Service tech. came down but not able to resolve the root cause but just helped toclear away the large ice mass. Wondering what's the solution as warranty will be expiring soon.
