Customer calls and says oven only getting luke warm. When I go look at it it may be out on E5 code but when I restart it it works fine. I pulled thew burner apart and cleaned the flame sensor the first time because it was lighting and shuting down right away.

0 I had one of these giving me intermittent problems and it took me four trips to the customers place to finally catch the problem. There is a square electronic puck relay that powers the draft inducer that was going bad and once in a while the inducer would fail to run causing an ignition lockout. If you need one I can get you one.

0 Thanks for the tip! I checked it just now and the blower is working. The impeler could use a good cleaing as the rest of this oven needed. Any other thoughts on why it is not firing? Do you have the service manual? Thanks, Lee

0 The Hobart service manuals are pretty much useless, they give very little info because they want you to call thier service center to come out and fix it. If that realy is going bad you may have trouble catching it in the act until it gets worse, like I said it took me four trips to catch it and I cycled the oven countless times. I am not a big Hobart fan!
