I have an older model Hobart convection oven that I cannot find the model number or serial number on. After searching on the Internet I found one that I believe is the one I have. It is the CN90. My oven was cooking fine but while cooking all of a sudden went from 300 degrees to as hot as it could get. What could be wrong? How can I find my serial and model numbers on my oven?
