burners backfireing...

I am tring to find out why my Hobart dishmachine is backfireing. The ML# is 103911 serial # 85-1053440 Also, I would like to order a good service manual. Thanks, Phil Moore Avery Mitchell Correctional Institution 828 765-0229 ext. 225
