Question About Hobart Dishwasher KDS-20
dishwasher rack falls down...

I love my dishwasher but the top rack has begun falling onto the lower rack when loaded. Have tried to reinstall the top rack securely but have no manual. Don't know if I need a part or just instructions. It is the right side only that falls.
