hi, we have currently come into a business and we have a hobart dishwasher in the kitchen, we have tried to use it but the dishwasher is washing at 40 degrees, how and what can i do do change this setting to the highest at 70 degrees? your help would be appreciated, this is a urgent matter as we are trying to re open the the business within a couple of days, so if we could get some information asap. thankyou so much.
