Question About Hobart Dishwasher WM-ES-2
how do you use this machine...

Our church has the above dishwasher or sanitizer, we are concerned about the correct way to use this dishwasher. The water temp. is only getting up to 110 degrees Farenhiet. I don't know if there is a temp. booster. We don't know if we can use liquid dishwashing detergent in place of the solution that is suggested on the front door. Is this just a sanitizer? and if so then do coffee cups need to be washed first and then loaded into the machine?

0 Your machine is a low temp chemical sanitizing machine that requires a chorine solution of 50ppm to 200 ppm , that will dispense from the container during the final rinse. this machine will not heat the wash water , try turning your hot water heater up to 140 deg for best results, Contact Ecolab for product solutions and proper set up, you only need to buy their products and service is free
