Question About Hobart Dishwasher model ump-4
I need either the schematics or a manual for this sanitizer...

The water does not get as hot as it needs to be and I have to replace the pressure valve on my main line coming into the washer and I need to know the proper setting. Also, the valve does not shut off sometimes after the rinse cycle. Water continues to come in
