0 Our Hobart LXI Series dishwasher was working perfectly. We changed from bleach back to sanitizer and within 2 days the glasses were no longer drying. We never had to wipe them before and now we have to wipe every glass as it comes out. We switched back to bleach, added new rinseaid, had a service call and it was determined by Hobart that it was in perfect working order. Obviously not! Any help would be greatly appreciated! We are too busy to dry glasses!

0 How does the thumb nut unscrew on the wash and rinse arm assembly? Is a tool required?
