Question About Hobart Dishwasher LXiC ML-130016
Not cleaning well , not drying...

my pizza shop has a LXIC ML-130016 dishwasher that does not clean well and does not dry. What can I do?

0 This model is OK for glass/barware, anything more than that really requires prewashing and then put through the machine to sanitize. Since it uses a chemical sanitizer instead of heat the items washed will only air dry. Max wash/rinse temp will only be 120-130 F.
