Our church uses an LX30 dishwasher. I want to know if we need to pre-wash all the dishes instead of just risning off any food. The manual does not state that we need to pre-wash and we purchase and use the proper detergent as well as sanitize solutions; but there is a concern that the dishes will not get properly cleaned without pre-washing with dish soap.
