Question About Hobart Dishwasher LX18H
What degergent and when to add?...

Our Church has a Hobart LX18H that you have to manually add detergent. When do you add the detergent and what is the best to use. It says in the instructions not to use regular residential type detergent. Does this maching have to be reprogramed to "true fill and dump"? How do I know what mode it's set up on?
