Question About Hobart Dishwasher LX30
What is the correct temperature for washing dishes...

What is the correct temperature for washing dishes with the LX30? According to the display, the temp is 111 to 113 degrees F for washing, goes up to 190/191 for rinsing then drops back to 113 to 115 to finish. Thank you for your assistance.
