Question About Hobart Mixer not sure
can't remove dough hook...

the mixer looks like a 1927 model we saw a picture of. It works great but we cant remove dough hook. We have two other hobart mixers at our other pizza places . The hook looks like it goes on the same way our other ones do . Do they all go on the same ?
