Question About Hobart Mixer N50 MIXER

Hi. I was given a 2nd hand Hobart Mixer N50, I guess 20yrs ago, and wasn't able to use it since I got it because there was no manual given. So it just got stuck in our storeroom for so many years and chance upon it again. I tested it and it is still working but I still don't know how to use the levers, etc.Can you please help me?
