how much flour I can put in this mixer to make dough.I usually need 25 bag to make dough for naan bread.I got it fixed last year spending $1700 and now I got an estimate of $700 again to fix it.I was told may be some one overload it or while running some one changed the gear.We only use it at number one gear for 25 lbs of flour
