Question About Honeywell Refrigerator 88031
not getting hot...

the fans on back and inside just oscilate as does the LED on the temp control. dc readings on the DC board are 6 and 17VDC. Removed the 3 wire connector and the fans turned but not fast and the fridge started to cool.

3 bought a 12 of these from Walmart for my motel .... all of them have stopped working. They lasted about 3 months each. I'm interested in any advice. I'm about to take one in to see if an "expert" can diagnose the problem. I'll post the results
