Have purchase a Scaiola Display fridge without a manual and am struggling to get it to desired temp. Three buttons and a plain dial only on control panel and am concerned the appliance may be faulty. On first use, guessing the setting of the dial, it went to -10 and froze liquid contents now cannot get it below +10
