My second hand Hoover Contour, has some control sliders inside the top part. They are now illegible, so I cannot be sure how I am setting the fridge. Does anybody know what they used to be?

0 The slider allows you to redirect cold air to either the fridge compartment or the freezer compartment.  Slide to the left to make the fridge compartment cooler and the the right to make the freezer compartment cooler.   I find that the optimum position for the slider is about mid way between the centre and  extreme right of the spectrum.  I'm happy to take a pic of the slide control area for you to see if you'd like :)
