0 I also have this problem, which is a part of a long running saga. It started in Feb 2008 when I was also experiencing the dishes not being clean. I reported this to Indesit, who sent an engineer, who changed the spary arms and associated pipework. Three months later another engineer diagnosed a dirty/clogged float chamber. This was changed. Next engineer changed the motor. The appliance is three years old, and the old motor looks perfect to me. The problem lies in the fact that the engineers do not have enough time allocated to actually stay behind to see if they have cleared that fault. I am waiting for a 'senior technician' to visit on Wednesday 16th July. I'll let you know what his guess is, and how it goes.

0 After a number of visits by an engineer, who just guessed at what it could be, and then ordered a part, changed the part on another visit, I insisted that a 'senior Engineer' visit, and be allowed sufficient time to make sure the problem had been solved. The senior engineer visited a week ago, and finally diagnosed what I had been saying for six months, " The water heater is not getting hot". The senior engineer visited yesterday and changed the 'HEATER UNIT DWF61' part number MS-1801925 (UK). Just before he changed the heater unit he found an electrical connection disconnected, so it may have been the cause of the heater unit not working, although he changed the unit anyway. All working fine now, so will renew my maintenance policy.
