I replaced the garbage disposal unit in my sink & now my dishwasher will not drain!

0 You need to remove the hose from where it attaches to the disposal, remove the cap/film/plug, then replace the hose. New disposals will have these covers just in case the person purchasing does not have a dishwasher.
