during the wash cycle the dishwasher stops, the fast programme light and the delicate programme lights keep flashing. wash cycle stops, dishes not getting clean. glasses covered in white powder.

0 I have exactly the same problem. Have cleared out filter etc. Any help gratefully received. I have had nothing but problems with this machine and my hotpoint washer dryer and would never buy another hotpoint!
