The prewash and wash buttons began flashing quickly and the dishwasher does not sound as if it is continuing its cycle. The salt refil button also began flashing although it had not flashed before the green lights. Do you know what is wrong with this machine

0 I have this manual. Regarding this problem the manual said to turn off the machine and contact someone in technical support. Can anyone help me please?
