Hi, i have a Hotpoint FZA30P freezer that's 2 or 3 years old. I have never needed to adjust the temperature before. The temperature is now around -22. When i try to adjust, the control just continues to turn. Do you think its the dial & how easy is it to change. Advice appreciated, Ray.
