Hotpoint FZS175 freezer not working, reset procedu...

Hotpoint FZS175 freezer not working, reset procedure not working, fault may have occured after lightening strike, buzzer going with rgularity but compressor not running. Could there be damage to the thermostat or motor protection circuit.
