My model # is a 1335WC, probably a little older than the 1435WK, but here's my problem. After microwaving went to open door, my hand slipped, didn't completely open latch. Then opened door...linterior light was off and panel is frozen and there is the # 9 showing in the control panel window. I think this happened similiarly one other time and my husband pushed a couple of buttons and it restored itself. However, he doesn't know exactly what he did! Help!
