Hello, We have a Hotpoint HAG60P gas cooker bought approx. 6 months ago at Curry's. Unfortunately, manual has been misplaced. Christmas is coming and I need to use the big oven for the Turkey. However I have managed to install the top metal rungs which is okay, however the bottom one the grooves seem to be smaller and I cannot install the bottom rung.
