This week I had a new oven and hob installed but have not found the oven manual 100% satisfactory - for example under Cooking Advice the Weight column is not designated as to Imperial or Metric. Also a 3lb or 3kg turkey would not fit on Rack 3. Is their a cookery recipe book available which gives recipes, heating and cooking times available for this oven?
