Question About Hotpoint Range None
grill works but ovens don't...

we have recntly moved into a house where the hotpoint bd51 double oven doesn't work. The grill comes on correctly but the ovens don't. No light comes on in either oven and they don't warm up. I am wondering if this is becasue the previous occupiers didn't wire things up correctly?
