Question About Hotpoint Range RB787
Hotpoint electric range....

I have a model RB787WhtWW electric range. It is wired in correctly, but when I plug it in I get a slight tingle when I touch it. The range has 4 wires and the house has only a three wire plug. When I meter the house plug I get the correct voltage. What do I need to check in the manual to trouble shoot this stove? Thank you, Fred Shoemaker
