Somehow, after cleaning and putting back on, I noticed it is not set right. It doesn't stand vertical like before. I believe it needs adjusting from the back of the knob as stated there (notches, etc...) but I don't know how. I don't have the manual. When I use the oven as it is now the temp of off (not hot enough). Can someone help me figure this out? Thank you so much!! Chrissie
