Question About Hotpoint Refrigerator FFA47X

Having problem with the freezer, it won't maintain its temperature. Every couple of weeks the temperature drops, the fridge will alarm, and it will be like this for a few days and then it will work perfectly. It also, sometime makes a very loud noise, like a drill.

4 The freezer is not holding the cold temperature and I had to throw quite a bit of food - the top drawer is all iced and it is not working properly. Please advise accodringly or telephone on 0207 348 944.
