4 The 8215 manual on this website also covers the 8214.

4 -Empty freezer compartment and chiller tray (beneath freezer compartment). -Close both flaps of chiller tray - remember original position of flaps. -Press 'Push Button Defrost' button. Fridge will switch back on again when defrost is complete. -Close fridge door for slow defrost (eg, weekly; try overnight) or leave open for fast defrost - but fridge contents will warm up. -When defrost complete, empty chiller tray of water/ice - ice will pop out if you flex tray. -Replace tray with original flap positions.
