0 the two plastic lower 'mirror image' hinge parts are all that you need. I know it doesn't look right - but the existing parts work upside down (the male bit screws in the other way round). took me about an hour - plus unloading/loading the thing. NOTES: a) there's a plate behind the freezer lower bracket that needs moving over b) you need a 'torx' driver for the lower freezer door screws. good luck
