My hotpoint fridge freezer model no ff47mx alarm keeps going off although the door is closed, also the freezer doesnt seem to freeze anymore, we turned it off for a few days while on hols and there was a pool of water at the bottom of freezer, we turned it back on and has been n working since and alarm not going off now, anyone one any ideas or a similar problem, fridge freezer is only 7 year old, would have thought it was too soon to be giving up
