Question About Hotpoint Refrigerator FFA64
not chilling or freezing...

the fridge and freezer have both stopped working and no temp indication lights are coming on and the indicator on the right hand inside the fridge is black and not green we have 240v power as the internal light comes on when we open the door, the fridge is approx 2.5 years old
