Question About Hotpoint Refrigerator hss25gfta bb
refrigerator side is not cooling...

my freezer side is freezing all over the evaporator and the refrigerator side is not cooling the fan is working it is coming on and off and a click sound can be heard.i would like to know also how to test the defrost cycle. please help me rectify this problem i am a refrigeration technician. my e-mail is lloyd-williams@live.com
