water leaking...

hi, i have water leaking out the bottom of my Hotpoint freezer on top series. the water seems to collect under vegetable crisper and then puddle onto floor. if its a clogged tube at back, how do i detach it to pour warm water down it? also, have more than usual food in freezer lately - could this be a problem.
