Question About Hotpoint Ventilation Hood HTC 6
Cooker hood not extracting...

I have just had my cooker hood installed and the air into the vent in the loft is very strong which suggests it is extracting, but in the kitchen there is no suction it is just blowing air out of the vents in the hood. Is there something wrong in the set-up? Thanks
