Question About Hotpoint Ventilation Hood HE63 HE73 HE93
replacing bulbs...

my hood is model HE63X. it states in the manual that i should 'remove overhead light' to replace the bulbs. how do i do that exactly, without snapping the light cover? thanks, Colin

5 The instructions are very porr aren't they! Anyway - I have done it - you do need to be gentle with it. At one end of the transparent cover there is a round white thing. Prise this out with a little screwdriver - it is like a plastic "nail" that is holding up one end. ONce this is out you can free half the cover. Half way along the cover is a clip, push on this with a screwdriver and the cover will be freed.
