Question About IFB Appliances Convection Oven 25SC2
how to operate 25SC2 model IFB microwave oven...

I wanted to make a cake . after preparing , i put the cake mix in microsafe bowl and switched start put timer for 10 mins and combination(microwave and convection) . But there was no heat neither did it cook at all .Do you think ,this particular microwve is having machinery defect/ otherwise how to operat and start baking the cake?
