1 I experienced same problem in convection mode and it was the timer actually which stopped after pre-heat temperature was achieved and the tray inside kept rotating. Later I found that oven was working and process completed as per the time set initially, though display on timer was still at same place. So don't worry and continue with baking process if you had same problem.
