I just bought the Igloo countertop ice maker and it does not work. It doesn't make ice. I have tried resetting it by pressing the select 10 seconds, then on/off 10 seconds, then letting it sit unplugged 6 hours. I've tried everything. It will not make the first ice cube. I need a number to call to return it and get my money back.
