my igloo ice maker is stuck on full but there's no water/ice in it.. How do I fix this problem

0 If the ice light is showing full, replace the thermistor. When you take the ice maker apart there will be wires going from the control board to two switches on the side of the ice maker. There will be a small lever that goes between the two switches follow the other two wires and it will go to the lid and at the end is the thermistor. To make sure that is the problem you can temporarily splice the two wires together, just don't let it overfill (can damage the scoop).
