Our Igloo ice maker ICE102C SILVER quick making ic...

Our Igloo ice maker ICE102C SILVER quick making ice. It shows the red ICE FULL light on and there is no ice in it. It may sometime work then the next batch of ice will stop making again. Can you please tell me what is wrong with it. We couldn't find the manuel troubleshooting on line to figure it out.
