The 'Add Water' light refuses to come on when it needs to be refilled. But it keeps making ice, just smaller and smaller ice. When it starts producing small ice, it makes an odd whirring noise. The manual does not cover this problem in the troubleshooting section. How can we fix it? Also, how do you reset the ice machine? (Would this also solve our problem or not?)
